The emerging leaders will be invited to participate in a fully-funded Atlantic Dialogue Emerging Leaders Program where they will be called on to have a thoughtful and solution-oriented discussion on regional and international issues.
Participants from the Atlantic basin and Africa who have demonstrated leadership and initiative in their fields; who want to participate in shaping regional and global agendas across politics, finance, business, the arts, and civil society; who want to network with peers and professionals; and who wish to foster and strengthen cultural interconnections across the Atlantic.
Atlantic Dialogue Emerging Leaders Program:
PCNS believes that it is crucial to engage young leaders in policy-making and in shaping narratives, which is why when it comes to its Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program (ADEL) it supports intergenerational dialogue between senior officials, experts, and potential change-makers.
Two days prior to the Atlantic Dialogues conference, PCNS hosts the ADEL program, PCNS’s flagship program for young professionals. An average of 30 to 50 aspiring leaders from the Atlantic basin and Africa participate in this program each year. Those who are rising to leadership positions have demonstrated leadership capabilities and have a strong commitment to social and economic issues in their communities and around the world. The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program will enrol 30 young professionals in 2023.

Eligibility Criteria for Atlantic Dialogue Emerging Leaders Program in Morocco:

- Age: 23 to 35 years.
- You must be from Africa, North America, South America, Central America, Western Europe or the Caribbean – that is, citizens of countries bordering the Atlantic Basin and on the African continent.
- Language: Proficiency in English.
